Der Internationale Marathonlauf um den Preis „Mangyongdae“

Der  I
nternationale  Marathonlauf  um  den  Preis  „Mangyongdae“  findet  jedes  Jahr im April statt, um den Geburtstag Kim Il Sungs, also den Tag der Sonne (15. April), festlich zu feiern.

Dieser Marathonlauf wird vom Verein für Leichtathletik der DVR Korea veranstaltet und nach den Regeln des Internationalen Leichtathletikverbandes durchgeführt. Die Laufstrecke ist festgelegt, vom Kim-Il-Sung-Stadion bis Mangyongdae hin- und herzulaufen.

Dem Sportler, der bei diesem Marathonlauf den 1. Platz belegt, werden Pokal und Goldmedaille und denjenigen, die jeweils 2. und 3. Platz belegen, Silber- und Bronzemedaille verliehen. Den Sportlern vom 1. bis 6. Platz werden Preisware und -urkunde verliehen. Dem Sportler, der beim Wettbewerb technisch gute Leistung zeigt, wird Preis Technik verliehen.

Am 1.,
2. und 3. Wettbewerb nahmen nur Männer teil, aber seit dem 4. Wettbewerb beteiligen sich auch Frauen daran.

Beim Wettbewerb werden auch die einzelnen Disziplinen der Leichtathletik wie 5-km-Marathonlauf, 10-km-Marathonlauf und Halbmarathonlauf durchgeführt.

Seit 2009 ist er Marathonlauf um den Preis „Mangyongdae“ vom Internationalen Verein für Leichtathletik genannt, und an ihm nehmen die Sportlerinnen und Sportler vieler Länder wie Ukraine, Italien, Südafrika, Zimbabwe, Kenia, Namibia, Äthiopien, Ägypten und Madagaskar teil.

Bei diesem Marathonlauf nahmen die berühmten Sportlerinnen und Sportler der DVR Korea, darunter Jong Song Ok, die während der 7. Weltleichtathletikmeisterschaft bei Damenmarathon den 1. Platz belegte, teil und erreichten gute Erfolge, und auch viele andere Sportler bekunden ihre Sonderbegabung ausnahmslos.

Der I
nternationale Marathonlauf um den Preis „Mangyongdae“ trägt dazu bei, die Sporttechnik weiterzuentwickeln und die Freundschaft und Solidarität mit den Sportlerinnen und Sportlern anderer Länder zu festigen.

Running hours of Amateur runners (tourists):


- Full Marathon (42,195 km): 4 hours
- Half Marathon (21,0975 km): 2 and half hours.
- Mini Marathon (10 km): 1 hour and half hours.

It is requested to keep the above hours for all runners.

        
Running Course
: 10 km round course.

Awarding Ceremony & Closing Ceremony
: 13.00 h in Kim Il Sung Square.  For the Amateur Runners (all tourists), will come to receive participation certificate but not any prize.

Final registration date
: January 31st, 2017.

Participation fee
:

- Full marathon: 100 US$
/per person
- Half marathon:
70 US$/p.p.
- Mini marathon: 50
US$/p.p.

- Extra service fee 10 US$ p.p. (Signboard of the player's number , soft drinks etc. according to the organizer's requirement.)


Above fees are to be payed to the Organising Committee in Pyongyang by the morning time on April 9
, 2017 when the back number plates will be issued to every participants. Without the back numbers, participation is impossible.

Every participants will wear
the running clothes prepared by themselves under the regulations of IAAF which specifies the size of a letter of production company by less than 4cm/each rectangular letter, total name of the company should be less than 30 square cms, to be written on one side of cloth.

For any tourists who will like to enjoy the opening/closing Ceremony inside the Stadium, will inform to the Organising Committee by March 31, 2016
, and will pay 20 EUR/p.p./adult, 10 EUR/p.p./child (under 16 years) by the April 9th, 2017.

All Marathon participants will receive time-
measuring-chips in Pyongyang and will pay 10 US$/per chip to be returned when giving back the chips if it´s not broken.

By the regulation of Marathon Organising Committee, all the marathon runners must
not wear clothes with flags like USA, South Korea, Japan etc.
